Dr. Alfredo Cartaya completed his residency and fellowship training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1981. He has held academic appointments at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, the University of Miami, and Florida International University. He is certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico. She has practiced as a nurse for nearly 25 years. Rosaly entered the world of medical aesthetics more than 15 years ago and has been in love with this exciting area of medicine ever since.

Rosaly has had extensive training and has attended numerous conferences, and seminars to gain cutting edge skills and techniques. She has developed a natural eye for amazing artistry as an injector. She prides herself on giving her client’s an amazing, refreshed, and natural look while also providing them with the highest and safest quality.

Rosaly is recognized as both a national and international aesthetics trainer. She has trained hundreds if not thousands of medical professionals across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Middle East. Rosaly has been a national trainer for aesthetics industry-leading companies such as Merz, Versa, Silhouette Instalift, and LC Cell Technologies. Over the years, Rosaly has developed a passion for and gained recognition as a skin rejuvenation and facial aesthetics expert. She has been recognized for her skills and expertise in The Best Aesthetic Injectors in America National Directory.

Originally from Russia, she brought her passion for languages and culture to the United States, where she pursued a new path in nursing. With almost 15 years of experience in various fields, including women’s health, primary care, and aesthetics, she has found her true calling in the art of aesthetic enhancement and hormonal balancing. As a Master Injector, she has honed her skills through extensive training in injectables and lasers, allowing her to provide top-notch care to her clients.

Outside work, she enjoys exploring new destinations and challenging herself with trivia games. Her unique background and expertise allow her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized care to help them feel confident and radiant.

Jazmin’s journey began amidst the vibrant energy of Houston, Texas. She is a recent graduate from Saint Leo University with Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences. Her interest in the medical field led her to pursue an interest in the Aesthetics World. She has a passion for detail-oriented work and problem solving. Anything you put her to the as task, she will find the answer. She hopes to continue to grow on the business side of things and keep learning. Her goal is to give every single one of Aspire’s Patients a great experience. In her free time, Jazmin enjoys doing workouts.

Daniela Trujillo is an experienced Medical Aesthetician of 7 years. She is a Certified Master HydraFacialist specializing in HydraFacial, Morpheus 8, Microneedling, Body Contouring, Chemical Peels, and Dermaplaning. She is a result-driven skin specialist with knowledge in SkinBetter Science, Alastin, and is a ZO Skin Health Expert. She is also a Face Reality Acne Specialist.

Through each treatment, Daniela provides her patients with the highest quality results and substantial knowledge of the skin, all while promoting deep relaxation along the way. Utilizing her compassionate interpersonal skills, Daniela loves helping others achieve beautiful skin and a positive self-image. She enjoys making memories with her friends and family in her free time, expressing her artistic freedom through music and art, and caring for her cats and plants.

Born and raised in Tampa, Lauren is one of Aspire MedSpa’s Medical Aesthetician. Despite earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at University of South Florida, Lauren’s passion was in aesthetics, so she went back to school and received her Facial Specialist License through Beauty & Health Institute in 2016. Lauren is passionate about preventative measures to preserve youthful skin. Also, having experienced her own acne issues as an adult, Lauren became an acne specialist through Face Reality Skincare. Lauren continues her education by attending various aesthetic trainings throughout the year.

At Aspire, Lauren combines her aesthetic training and past experiences to help her build skincare regimens, treatment plans and more importantly, confidence for all her patients. Her main goal is to help people feel confident and happy in their own skin. During her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and three young boys. On any given weekend you’ll either find her on a youth sports field or working in her garden….but not without a hat and SPF!

Originally from the town of Cayey, Puerto Rico, Lizdalis has always had a vibrant passion for both the medical field and the world of aesthetics. At the age of 15, Lizdalis relocated to Tampa, Florida, where a new chapter of life began, filled with opportunities and growth.

Driven by a deep-seated desire to make a difference in people’s lives, Lizdalis embarked on an educational journey at South University, Tampa. Currently, she is diligently working towards completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. This academic pursuit stands as a testament to Lizdalis dedication, resilience, and commitment to providing top-notch medical care.

Balancing a love for science and beauty, Lizdalis envisions a future where these passions combine, creating a unique blend of healthcare and aesthetics. With a heart full of compassion and a mind geared towards excellence, Lizdalis strives to make a significant difference to the nursing field and beyond.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her 2 dogs.

Stefany was born in Cuba. She left her country when she was very young and lived in Spain for a while before moving to Tampa; the place she now calls home. At a very young age, she discovered her interest in medicine and decided to pursue a career in it. After graduating with a degree in Medical Administration, she began working as a guest relations member and has fallen in love with the aesthetic world. She hopes to continue her education in Medical Administration and to be successful in the field. I hope to always be that person that helps others become the best version of themselves.

In her free time, Stefany loves to spend time with her loved ones; creating memories that last a lifetime.

With a pronounced focus on marketing strategy and social media dynamics, Nizvette’s journey intertwines science, creativity, and a profound love for the art of medical aesthetics. As a passionate advocate for the medical aesthetic field, Nizvette’s aspirations extend beyond her current position. With an eye toward the future, she is pursuing her dream of being admitted to a PA School and completing the PA degree. Drawing from her background in Natural Sciences and her experience in medical aesthetics, Nizvette envisions a career trajectory that seamlessly melds her passion for science with her commitment to patient care. As she navigates the dynamic confluence of science, aesthetics, and marketing, Nizvette continues to illuminate the trajectory of Aspire MedSpa & Beauty Bar, embodying the spirit of dedication, creativity, and the pursuit of excellence. She enjoys going to the beach and working out in her free time.
