What is alloClae?
alloClae® is the first non-surgical body contouring solution that may be used to refine, reshape, or replace volume, anywhere fat naturally exists.

What is it made of?
alloClae® is made from donated human fat tissue. It is comprised of non-living fat cells, extracellular matrix (ECM), triglycerides (lipids), and connective tissues.

How does it work?
alloClae® is processed to preserve the natural 3D structure of adipocytes (fat cells) and extracellular matrix (ECM). This results in a ready-to-use product that offers immediate, targeted volume anywhere fat naturally exists with minimal downtime – and without surgery.

How long do alloClae results last?
Because alloClae® contains naturally occurring fat, results can be lasting. How long they last can vary based on your body and lifestyle.

How soon will I see the results?
Results are immediate. alloClae® maintains the tissue’s natural 3D honeycomb structure so it performs just like your own fat where applie

How much downtime should I plan for?
alloClae® is a non-surgical solution that may be performed in-office with little downtime. Most patients return to normal activity within 24-48 hours.

Is it safe?
alloClae® is marketed and sold as a Human Cell & Tissue Product (HCT/P). Like other HCT/Ps, alloClae comes from donor tissue that meets all applicable rigorous requirements laid out in the FDA’s HCT/P regulations, which, among other things, helps ensure tissue safety through donor screening and extensive testing of the tissue for transmissible diseases.

Am I a good candidate for alloClae?
You and your provider will decide if alloClae® is the right fit for you. Because it can be applied anywhere fat naturally exists – without surgery – it’s a great option, especially for patients who aren’t candidates for traditional fat transfer procedures. It is not for you if you are pregnant or nursing, have an active infection or skin condition in the area, are actively losing weight, or are expecting the result of a surgical BBL from an injectable.

How is alloClae different from fillers, implants, or fat grafting?
The big differences are that alloClae® adds volume naturally and doesn’t require surgery. alloClae® is made from minimally processed, naturally occurring fat tissue. The result is targeted, immediate, and lasting volume anywhere fat exists in the bod

How much does it cost?
Cost will vary based on your goals and the amount of volume you want added. alloClae prices by volume, not by area, because two people asking for the same look rarely need the same amount. Your exact plan and price are quoted at your consult, in writing, before anything is scheduled.

FAQ
Q. Is this a BBL?
A. No. A BBL is surgery: liposuction under anesthesia, then transfer of your own fat. AlloClae is an injectable done awake in our office, with no donor site and no recovery from liposuction. It also moves less volume, so the change is more moderate.

Q. Is it someone else’s fat?
A. It begins as donor human adipose tissue, but the donor’s cells are removed during processing. What is left is the tissue structure. Your body builds its own tissue into it.

Q. Will my body reject it?
A. Rejection is not the usual concern with acellular allograft tissue, because the cellular material that would drive that response has been removed. Swelling, bruising and tenderness are expected and typically settle within one to two weeks.

Q. Is it permanent?
A. No. Plan on 12 to 18 months or longer, then a touch-up if you want to hold the result.

Q. Can I combine it with anything?
A. Yes. Many patients pair alloClae with skin tightening or with Avéli for cellulite dimpling in the same area. We will map that out at your consult.

Q. Who is treating me?
A. Rosaly Stephens MSN, APRN-C our master injector and National and International Trainer of Aspire MedSpa & Beauty Bar
